This page belongs to a larger cultivation path. Each section opens when the moment is right.
Travel as a home for the spirit.
Traditional Chinese Medicine as nourishment for life.
Culture as the bridge between continents & civilizations.
Two journeys unfold below - one toward the East, one toward the West. Together, they form a living ecosystem within Secrets of Vitality: a long-term exploration of health, awareness, and beauty across cultures, continents, and seasons.
Some arrive here after years of practice. Others feel the call immediately.

Chengdu & Tibetan Highlands
A Journey of Transmission and Inner Regeneration
Some journeys bring us outward.
Others return us to the source.
This journey is rooted in the origins of vitality - where Traditional Chinese Medicine, ritual life, and high-altitude cultures still shape daily existence.
We begin in Chengdu, a city long devoted to nourishment and care. Here, participants receive traditional treatments, experience food as medicine, and reconnect with the foundational wisdom of Chinese medicine through daily life - meals, herbs, movement, and rest. Time is also given to the art of tea, a quiet practice of presence, refinement, and listening, woven naturally into the rhythm of the days.
From Chengdu, we ascend toward the Tibetan highlands, where landscape, altitude, and spiritual culture invite a deeper attention. In these vast environments, vitality is no longer something to cultivate - it is something to attune to. The mountains, monasteries, and silence ask for a different quality of listening, one that touches both body and spirit.
After this ascent, the journey returns to Chengdu, descending gently back into human scale and warmth. We settle along the Jinjiang River, in a place of comfort and refinement, allowing time for integration, rest, and reflection — a moment to reunite with oneself after the heights.
The closing days celebrate life and culture:
a visit to the giant pandas, symbols of natural harmony; a journey into Sichuan culinary heritage, including the Sichuan Cuisine Museum and a hands-on cooking experience, where taste, warmth, and conviviality become forms of medicine.
This is a journey of transmission:
It is not designed for speed or comfort, but for depth, sincerity, and transformation. Here, vitality is not an idea. It is something that is received, felt, and remembered.

France & Luxembourg · From the Equinox to the Sea
A Journey of Cultivation, Beauty, and Lived Vitality
If the East teaches us where vitality comes from, the West asks a different question:
How do we live with it?
This spring journey through Luxembourg and the South of France explores vitality as an art of living - something cultivated through rhythm, movement, landscape, and attention to beauty.
We open the journey at the Spring Equinox, a moment of balance and renewal, with Jade Goddess Qi Gong and meditation — the spring practice of the Five-Season Womanhood method — held in the quiet and graceful setting of a historic convent. From there, we move slowly through Provence: villages, countryside, and a retreat center in Haute-Provence, where daily practice continues and life naturally simplifies.
At the heart of the retreat, space is also given to intercultural dialogue. Through conversations and shared reflections led by a distinguished French professor with an international life path, participants are invited to explore how the Tao is lived in the West - not as theory, but as lived experience. These moments offer a rare perspective on how Eastern wisdom is embodied, translated, and re-interpreted within European culture and contemporary life.
The journey then descends toward the Mediterranean, passing through Cassis, and concludes in Marseille, at the historic Hôtel-Dieu, today the InterContinental — a place long dedicated to care, passage, and hospitality.
This is a journey of integration:
Here, vitality is not treated or corrected. It is lived, refined, and shared.
Detailed program and registration will be published on March 27, 2026.

The East transmits vitality at its source
An invitation of transformation

The West teaches how to inhabit vitality, day by day
An invitation of incarnation

Some journeys are not meant to be explained.
They are shared when the moment feels right.
If you know someone who may resonate with this path,
you may pass it on quietly.
