"5 Seasons Jade Woman" Self-paced Training

Each online course level targets a different training:

1. Self-practice: to maintain general wellbeing over different courses in life; to prevent and heal female issues like infertility, painful menstruation, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, menopausal syndrome, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

2. Teacher: in addition to all of the contents in level 1, also include specific skills and information to teach the method.

3. Practitioner: in addition to all of the contents in level  2, also includeTraditional Chinese Medicine knowledge relating to applying the method in treatment or practice. We recommend some TCM training background for this level.
